Advertising Contract Terms & Conditions

1. Go RV Network, Inc. reserves the right to reject or to cancel any advertisement at any time. Advertiser and its advertising agency assume liability for all content including text and illustrations, of advertisements published, and hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Go RV Network, Inc. from any and all losses, claims, costs and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees, of whatever nature, and description arising from or in connection with the advertisement Advertiser's breach of this agreement or Advertiser's negligence or willful misconduct.

2. Advertisers solely responsible for payment of all insertions and agrees to pay for the advertising chosen in accordance with the billing procedure outlined herein and recurring unless otherwise notified in writing 30 days prior to cancellation.

3. Go RV Network, Inc. does not guarantee any given level of circulation or readership for a publication or advertisement unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. The word "advertisement" shall be printed at the top of advertisements which, in the opinion of Go RV Network, Inc. might be confused with editorial pages.

5. Cancellations are not accepted and copy corrections not guaranteed after the respective publication closing dates. There will be no refunds for advertising cancellation.

6. Previous copy will be repeated if change is not received by the applicable closing date.

7. Go RV Network, Inc. is not responsible for errors in original electronic files.

8. Any charge incurred by Go RV Network, Inc. for any revision or special handling of electronic files will be billed to the Advertiser.

9. Electronic files will be deleted by Go RV Network, Inc. within one year if disposition instructions are not furnished by Advertiser.

10. All rates are based on electronic files. Any charges incurred by Go RV Network, Inc. for any alterations, design, or layout will be billed to Advertiser.

11. Go RV Network, Inc. is not liable for any failure to print publish or circulate all or any portion of any publication or electronic file in which advertisements were accepted if such failure is due to acts of God, acts of government or government instrumentality (whether federal, state or local), strikes, accidents, work stoppages, fire, acts of terrorism, transportation curtailment or any other similar or dissimilar circumstances beyond the control of Go RV Network, Inc. or any of it's websites.
